Train The Trainer
Train the Trainer workshop is a program which is conducted not only to build acadre of trainers, but also to develop necessary orientation, awareness and abilities to perform a catalytic role as facilitators of change.
The emphasis of training is not only on transfer of knowledge but it also aims at the desirable change of attitude practices, critical consciousness and value judgement. The structure and strategies of training are designed in the light of – Training Needs Assessment.
We provide training which is engaging, entertaining and practical. Learners grasp concepts by hearing, seeing, discussing, practicing and teaching each other.
Because of which trainees are more Responsive and Receptive. It is a process of De – Learning to Re – Learning.
